Myeca Dunlap

Business Management

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Myeca Dunlap was raised by a devoted single mother who instilled in her the values of love, kindness, humility, patience, passion, dedication, and—above all—integrity. She is also the proud daughter of a retired First Sergeant who was undeniably tough, yet always loving and patient with his baby girl.

Myeca married the love of her life, Charles, and together they raised two wonderful children, Charles II and Gabriel. As a military family, they had the opportunity to travel the world before eventually making Indiana their home.

Committed to both personal and professional growth, Myeca earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Western Governors University, with a minor in human resources.

She began her career in the banking industry in 1998, where she managed financial portfolios valued at up to $500 million. Throughout her banking career, she developed a reputation for responsibly managing other people’s money while building lasting relationships with clients and customers.

In 2010, Myeca transitioned into the retail industry—and that is where her leadership abilities truly flourished. As a District Manager, she oversaw more than 45 locations and led over 500 employees. Her career has been defined by developing people, strengthening operations, solving complex problems, and inspiring teams to achieve results.

In 2026, Myeca made the bold decision to step away from her longtime career and devote herself to managing her brother, friend, and gifted recording artist, Tyler Truth. The experience has become one of the most rewarding, exciting, and inspiring chapters of her life. She is proud to represent an artist whose vision, passion, talent, and humanity reflect the qualities she values most.

Myeca has a genuine love for music and an unwavering determination to help talent succeed. There is no door she is afraid to knock on, no room she is afraid to enter, and no stranger she is unwilling to meet. She is honest, direct, confident, and always willing to have the conversations necessary to create opportunities and move a vision forward.

Outside of her professional life, Myeca enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, camping, bowling, gardening, and simply having fun. However, the foundation of her life is her love for the Lord. Her heart belongs to Jesus, and she knows that she would be nothing and nowhere without Him.

People naturally gravitate toward Myeca because she is a compassionate listener, a proven leader, a critical thinker, a problem-solver, and a resolution closer. She is the friend who listens, the shoulder others lean on, and the strength that helps carry those she loves.

Most of all, Myeca Dunlap is loyal—to her faith, her family, her relationships, and every purpose she is called to serve.

Erika Allen

Photographer

Erika Allen is the photographer behind Flash Riot Media and the eye behind much of Tyler Truth’s live and behind-the-scenes imagery. Based in Indiana, she specializes in music photography, capturing the moments that happen both onstage and everywhere in between.

Her work with Tyler goes beyond showing up for the performance. From rehearsals and studio sessions to live shows, travel, and the quieter moments behind the scenes, Erika documents the full story of what’s happening as Tyler continues to build his career.

Drawn to live music and the energy surrounding it, her style is bold, gritty, and authentic. She’s less interested in perfectly posed moments and more interested in the ones that actually feel like something—the sweat, chaos, connection, personality, and energy that make each show different.

When she’s not shooting Tyler, Erika works with musicians, performers, and creatives through Flash Riot Media, helping artists build a visual identity that actually looks and feels like them.

Live loud. Shoot fast.
